1. Use of Services

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our services. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the platform only for lawful purposes.

2. Bookings & Fares

• Fares are calculated based on distance, time, and demand, and may vary.
• You agree to pay the fare displayed for each completed trip.
• Cancellation charges may apply as per our cancellation policy.

3. User Conduct

Riders and drivers are expected to behave respectfully and lawfully. Any abusive, fraudulent, or unsafe behavior may result in suspension or termination of your account.

4. Driver Partners

Drivers operate as independent partners and are responsible for complying with all applicable Pakistani transportation laws, licensing, and vehicle requirements.

5. Limitation of Liability

FlyGoRide acts as a technology platform connecting riders and drivers. While we strive to ensure a safe experience, we are not liable for damages arising from the actions of any third party to the maximum extent permitted by law.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
